I'm not 100% on the rules, but I'm pretty sure they get DQed if they actually drop the gloves and/or take their helmets off and regardless, you really want to punch a cage with bare knuckles?

Great point Julie, I did notice a couple of the ladies dropping gloves so they could yank on their opponents face mask!
